Today’s recipe: 1 cup of mixed walnuts and cashews 1 cup of mixed Blueberries and bing cherries 1/2 cup of dried banana chips 1 cup of dates Directions: In a food processor or vitamix, mix together nuts and dried fruit, then add dates until a workable dough is formed. Add flavoring and/or fillings, and pulse until combined. Shape into one large bar, smaller individual bars or balls. Wrap in parchment paper in a airtight container. It can be kept in the refrigerator of freezer for up to a month.
